REGULATIONS

ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, PLEASE VISIT THE RECEPTION AT POBIEROWO, ul. ŁÓDZKA 12

  1. The handover of the key to the cottage/room takes place after the full payment for the stay, the tourist tax, the presentation of identification documents, the completion and signing of the registration card, and the deposit payment of 300 PLN for the cottage.
  2. Reservations can be made in person at the reception, via email, or by phone. A deposit of 40% of the total stay value (not less than the equivalent of three nights for short-term stays) is required, which must be paid to the specified bank account within 2 days of making the reservation. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable and serves as compensation for the failure to fulfill the booking commitment. Additionally, payments made for the stay are non-refundable in the event of an unused full booking period.
  3. The hotel day begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM on the departure day. Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible upon prior arrangement (additional charges apply). If the guest fails to vacate the room/cottage by 10:00 AM, a fee of 100 PLN per each started hour will be charged.
  4. If guests do not arrive by 12:00 PM on the second day of the reservation (without informing us via email or SMS about a delayed arrival), we reserve the right to re-rent the booked period without the possibility of a deposit refund.
  5. Delayed arrivals or early departures do not entitle guests to a refund for unused services.
  6. Each cottage/room includes one designated parking space on the premises. The parking lot is fenced and free of charge for cottages (for rooms, the fee is 10 PLN per day), but it is not guarded. The owner is not responsible for any vehicles or valuables left inside them.
  7. To ensure the comfort of all guests, please avoid disturbing others, even outside of quiet hours. Playing loud music and making excessive noise is strictly prohibited.
  8. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  9. For security reasons, all visits from non-guests must be approved by the reception. Visitors are allowed on the premises from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, visitors must leave the premises. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 100 PLN fee per person.
