SUMMER HOUSES BY THE SEA
We have six comfortably furnished cottages located about 500 meters from the sea. Because they are made of natural wood, they provide a wonderful atmosphere. Wood makes them the perfect temperature, both on hot days and cool nights. The cottages are made of spruce logs, creating a wonderful microclimate, ideal for soothing the nerves, regenerating vitality or resting.
Roof tiles have been laid on the roof, which very well muffle the sound of raindrops, so you can spend time there pleasantly even in bad weather. Our guests can relax, resting on the spacious terrace, surrounded by Scandinavian minimalism.
Each cottage has been equipped with a comfortable corner sofa with the possibility of sleeping for two people, which provides additional sleeping places. In the living room there is a 32” LCD TV with access to satellite channels and WiFi. The kitchenette includes: an electric hotplate, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cordless kettle, set of dishes, cutlery and pots.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, hot water heaters, toilets and sinks. The terrace of each cottage is equipped with a bench for six people, a concrete grill, a screen and a deckchair, which allows for relaxation in the fresh air and joint feasting.
Everything is complemented by the charm of the area, the rustle of pine trees and the smell of the forest carried by the sea breeze. The surroundings delight with the beauty of nature and a whole host of attractions. That is why our cottages are an excellent offer for both people who value active recreation and relaxation in the fresh air.
On the ground floor: living room (25m2), terrace, fold-out corner sofa for 2 people.
Kitchenette: sink, drip coffee maker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, cutlery, set of plates and pots, table + 6 chairs. Chemicals to start – dishwashing liquid, dishwasher cubes, cloth, sponge.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin, cupboard, hot water heater with a large tank.
On the first floor (30m2): 2 triple bedrooms. Each independent and lockable: double bed, single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, in one bedroom a wooden cot.
Parking: on the property for one car, possibility of parking a second car in front of the property.
